Audrey Wade brings over 24 years of experience in behavioral health, with a career spanning acute psychiatric and substance abuse crisis assessments across adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Her diverse expertise includes diagnostic evaluations, service advocacy, clinical program development, strategic operational planning, and facility management.

Audrey has worked in a variety of care settings, including private outpatient practices, acute hospital environments, and residential treatment programs. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to empowering individuals to uncover their unique strengths, passions, and purpose—especially during times of adversity and transition.

Audrey believes that evolution, growth, and flourishing are possible when the right resources and support are in place. She is deeply committed to helping others discover those pathways to healing and transformation.
